He'll get over it. I had one who lost his stomach contents without throwing up. He would fill his shoes with the stuff. He had to go to the emergency room with severe dehydration twice when he was a toddler because when he got the flu, he refused to eat or drink anything. They just come the way they are, that's for sure.
